Northside Family Medicine and Urgent Care: Atlanta/Midtown

"I have been to Northside Urgent Care on West Peachtree multiple times and they have always been professional, helpful, diligently supportive and all around great. I’ve been to other urgent cares but this one is unmatched. I was just there this weekend and Dr Linda and her assistant were both phenomenal. I went on Saturday, but had to go back on Sunday (nothing they did wrong) but just to get some help get the medication moving quicker. Excellent establishment, easy to park, great staff!"

"The folks who work at this urgent care go above and beyond. The doctors and nurses are kind, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have visited a handful of urgent cares here an Atlanta and Northside Family Medicine and Urgent Care provides the best treatment and services I have ever received from an urgent care provider. I recommend calling ahead to get an estimated wait time, just in case. I have never waited more than 30 minutes. The receptionists are kind & understanding, it is clear they do everything in their power to assist the clientele to get them the best possible outcomes. I would recommend Northside Family Medicine & Urgent Care to family & friends of all ages. My only strong suggestion is better signage for the building’s parking garage. As someone newer to Atlanta, I parked at the Whole Foods parking garage across the street because with the one-way makes it difficult to access parking without prior knowledge of the area. With my limited experience driving in the area, I was not aware of the hospital’s parking garage. I ended up having to pay $30 for parking, obviously at no fault of the urgent care. With more signs around the building locating the parking garage, someone who is injured, like I was, would have have easier time finding parking. Please put signs on all sides of the building that directs hospital & urgent care patients to parking!! thank you :)"

"I had a great experience today with Dr. Saibu. I was seen quickly and Dr Saibu took time to ask me questions and conduct a physical examination. I was taken to a brand new x-ray facility and was done in ten minutes. After a brief wait, Dr Saibu gave me the confirmed diagnosis and talked to me about the medication she prescribed and the exercises I would need to start doing. She was patient and answered all my questions. I completed my visit at 11:00 am and I just received a call from Dr. Saibu at home asking me if I had picked up my prescription and wanted an update on how I was feeling. I am very impressed with the excellent personalized care I received today from Dr. Saibu and her staff."

"This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. I am traveling from out of state and I had an emergency with my eye. I was IN an OUT with in 25 minutes. The DR, the medical assistant && the front staff were all amazing, very helpful, not rude, very polite but the medical attention was very persistent and timely"
