"Super rude staff especially the receptionist. They do not answer your querries and never call you back. Long long waitlist (Around 18 months) just to get an evaluation done. When you call them to check on the status of your waitlist they do not even want to check on their system. Horrible"

"I have had a great experience so far with Marcus Autism. The staff knows their waitlists can be frustrating BUT as soon as I received the call about our intake and scheduling our evaluation, the wait became worth it. It's been great having my child's team available to answer questions, provide referrals and give reassurance. I sincerely appreciate how thorough the evaluation report is and the care given during follow ups."

"I used to love this place it was great for my son but since Covid it has been awful. No one returns calls. I have to call repeatedly just to even get an appointment. They never call back you back. They do not care about their patients at least the psychiatrist section doesn’t. They don’t listen to issues all around a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend at least the psychiatrist section"

"So I've seen some of the comments. I just want to say we were on the waiting list for 2 long years. It's honestly worth the wait! Once you're in you're in!!! August 2023 we were diagnosed. December 14☺️ today we are back for a feeding class. Patience is a virtue, baby steps but one at a time. Blessings and light to all. Merry Christmas ♥️"
