"Nothing but bad experiences within the Piedmont network over the past two years. The Hospital itself is understaffed and it takes forever to get responses when asking questions or trying to schedule appointments. Had to deal with surgeons bad talking other surgeons, no pain management after a pretty wicked surgery, and no follow up for next steps in my healthcare. It took over a month and a half to get a referral from them to see a specialist out of network since they left me to suffer. Staff do not even know their on procedures or how to get anything done in their own network. I did give them two stars because there is a few good souls there that try to help, but that's all I can say about that place. If you choose to use them; ask questions and get second opinions. There are other options. Don't just be another number in there system."

"Dr.Joye Lowman is very unprofessional and inconsiderate lacking bed side manor!! I was scheduled for surgery today at 3pm at Piedmont Hospital . I arrived at 1pm as they instructed and waited for 5 hrs just to be told I would be rescheduled and refunded my $500 deposit that her surgical coordinator Veronica W. coerced me to pay a month prior to surgery. After the nurse Tenney ripped the IV from my wrist. I proceeded to cry from lack of food. The pacu charge nurse Misty Cox was very dismissive and cold hearted and proceeded to tell me that at least I got fluids from the IV. This was the worst experience of my life and I am switching practices to get my procedure done. As well as I will never attend Piedmont Hospital AGAIN! I wouldn’t let Dr. Joye Lowman care for my pet! She’s horrible! The only person at this hospital that helped me was Gwen!! Gwen literally talked me off the ledge!"
