"Walmart is the worst. Everybody that works here doesnt want to work but they have to bc they need the $. I waited an hour for curbside instead of 10 mins. I couldnt return an item becuase they sent me the wrong item and therefore they couldnt do a return for the incorrect item. I had to mail it and wair for refund. I watched the cart boy kicking carts in the parking lot. Nobody here likes their job. Sam Walton you created a monster"
"The store is like any other Walmart, well stocked, clean, and busy. The difference in every walmart is the service. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Some place some workers avoid customers but not here. Just beware that this walmart is off bobby Jones Expressway, so the traffic is busy mostly on weekdays and holidays."
"Ms.Ma’am LaShay the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service. I wanted to purchase one item and she stated “she need to go on her break” so that’s why she didn’t check me out . I’ve never experienced nothing like this before and I’m very upset . People with poor customer service skills don’t need to employed PERIOD. Hope you had a nice break LaShay !"
"I had a friendly experience! They were well stocked. I got lots of fresh fruits! After paying almost $60 in fruits, a sales associate said, "Hey can I see how much your oranges cost because another lady is buying the same thing, and I wanted to see how much yours cost! That was very strange!? Especially after paying that much for fruits! I felt she could have used her scanner or called for a price check! Other than that, I got everything I needed."
