"I had a set budget planned for upgrading my wife’s engagement ring for our 25th anniversary. The super nice staff showed me several diamonds. The shape of the diamond that I really liked was substantially more than my budget. I thanked them and left. I called back several days later to ask if they could order me the same diamond but slightly smaller to fit my budget. The lady remembered me coming in. She asked if I could hold for a second. She came back on the phone and said she had talked to the owner, he advised to sell me the original diamond that I liked for the price that fit my budget. I truly didn’t call back to haggle for a reduced cost. However he reduced the cost to fit my budget because they are just good people and believe in customer service. They didn’t have to do that. But they did. That good business model is hard to come by now days. They will always have my business and I will certainly recommend them to anyone."

"Amanda was very professional and helpful. I went in to buy my daughter Madison some diamond earrings for her 25th birthday. She was very helpful and thoughtful. She even mailed them for me. My daughter received them the very next day in Colorado. I was very pleased with the service and the price thank you, Kelly Shropshire."

"Just went to the store today to buy a Mother's Day gift. They had a limited selection and the prices were a little high by like $25 but I was able to pick up some 14k gold earrings for my mom. Would I go back? Unfortunately, no because none of the prices were negotiable. This place is good for a last minute gift but not to buy jewelry on the regular."

"Brought a ring in to be sized. Took 6 weeks to get it back. About 3 months later the weld broke and the band is no longer connected in the back so it pinched my finger and I had to leave it home to avoid injury. Working 70 hours per week allowed very little time to bring it in to be fixed but I finally had a day to do that today. Spoke with Amanda who had to ask Chelsea if it was ok to send back. She tried to charge me an additional $40 to have it sized again! After asking if they only honor their repair work for less than a year they asked if I wanted to send it in or not. I declined and stated I no longer trusted them with my precious jewelry and an apology would have been appropriate at this point but she couldn't even offer that to me. Very poor customer service and awful business standards."
