"Unprofessional customer service after not shopping here for months, almost years!! Lady in the perfume section followed my mom and I around the store after looking at perfumes. Mind you, we were doing nothing wrong, just spending a girls afternoon together! Felt uncomfortable shopping around. Then, an elderly lady at the cashier was awfully rude AND unprofessional to my sweet mom. Very impatient and unkind! Highly disappointed in humanity these days. We’ll not be returning. :) Do Better!!"

"They were very busy as it was the day before Mother's Day. There were plenty of staff available to help checkout so I was in and out with an exchange in no time. Of course I saw a shirt from Ocean +Coast that I have searched for since buying one several years ago. They were priced at Buy One Get Two Free!!! Yes, I got 3 more of my favorite summer fishing shirts! Thank you Cartersville Belks!"
