"Prima sport center - this is the best place to practice rhythmic gymnastics. The best highly qualified coaching staff has been selected here. One of the main coaches is an Olympic finalist and multiple world champion in rhythmic gymnastics. Coaches find an approach to every child. Prima is the best equipped club in our region. We have been in this club for 6 years. I first brought my eldest daughter into it, and two years ago I brought my youngest. For us there was not even a question of choosing a sport. "My daughter came to Prima Rhythmic Gymnastics Club at the age of 8. She and her older sister tried multiple dance schools, other RG clubs and only at Prima we found what we were looking for. Coach Ruslana was my daughter's first coach and she taught her the love of gymnastics, passion and respect for the sport, hard and independent work, responsibility. Coach Ruslana had raised many State, Regional and National champions and grand-champions and created strong foundation in girls who moved to the upper levels and continues their gymnastics career with another coach. Ruslana loves the girls and makes sure every child receives support and help. Prima has dedicated coaches working with different groups of girls who have different goals. There is a competitive team, Excel team, recreational and preparatory classes. Everyone can find a class that will help them reach their goals. The girls have ballet classes, stretching, dance camp and classes, learn work with apparatus and work on their routines for the competitions or show. The Winter show and Prima Cup are highly anticipated events when girls showcase their hard work, and coaches have an opportunity to explore their gifts and talents. Coach Valeriya is extremely talented coach and choreographer, dedicated to her work. The routines she creates are a true masterpiece and stand out in the competitions. It is a pleasure to watch the girls perform, as she is able to match the music and the routine to show each girl's best qualities and abilities. Our ballet coach, Nino, and XCEL coach Natasha, are helping girls with ballet technique, and making them graceful and strong. Few of our coaches are also certified judges and this knowledge helps them and the girls in achieving the best results when they work on the routines Prima is the place where girls learn the value of hard work, setting goals, satisfaction of reaching a goal, managing frustration, disappointment, time management and organization skills. To be fair, I also have to mention the sacrifice that the girls and their families have to make when committing to a competitive team. Our family has learned together with our daughter as we watched her progress, her success, her hopes grow. These girls are growing up to be beautiful, graceful, strong individuals."
