"Downtown Alpharetta is very safe, clean, and there are a bunch of free public parking space. People around here is very kind and gentle. Especially in the Christmas season, the downtown is magnificent like this Christmas tree."

"Awesome place. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The Wire & Wood Festival 10/13-1014 in downtown Alpharetta was terrific. The preshow was on Thursday night 10/12 at Avalon was terrific too. Lots of stages and genres of music placed throughout the downtown area for the event. The police were visible but they weren’t overwhelming. I saw only 2 drunk or under-the-influence people. There was 1 drunk guy that had to be escorted away from the main stage headliner’s last show of the evening. As I walked to my vehicle after the event was almost over, I saw a guy obviously under-the-influence of something talking to the Frankenstein skeleton that was strapped to a street light pole. There were a few children out with their parents."

"What a strange place. It is extremely pretty. Its very walkable. Drivers are extremely polite. Was only here a few days. I wish I had a bike to get back and forth from my AirBnB to the town. The main intersection has a Barnes dance set up. You press one beg button and all motor vehicles stop. There's a lot of dense housing being built here but then there is also tons of parking and the place is basically auto centric.A very beautiful bikable place. Just need MARTA to come here."
