"This was my second visit to this location for a punctured tire. Both times the staff was able to problem solve and accommodate me same day with integrity, timeliness, and attention to detail. I hope I don’t have to go back but when I inevitably do have another tire issue or need an oil change I will choose this location every time."

"I can't express the extent of my gratitude for Tony and his crew! I came in from out of town after a 350-mile drive with 7 people in my car, only to find out my drive shaft had 1 bolt in it that had just fallen out. It was a half hour before closing on a Saturday evening, but He and his team got to work looking for the parts to fix my vehicle, and they even stayed after hours to get it in running condition! They had it up and running within an hour, and the cost was minimal. I would use them for any mechanical issues if I ever needed them, and I was in town. They were amazingly fast, friendly, and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the service they rendered."

"I've always had good experiences with Firestone, but this has been the best one so far. Tony is the man! Got to Atlanta for the weekend and luckily made it safely. Found out from Tony that the vehicle's driveshaft bolts were almost all missing. Found one of the bolts on the ground under the vehicle and Tony and his team were able to find similar bolts that fit to get the driveshaft put back together. It was late Saturday evening, but Tony and the team stayed late to get the vehicle put back together. Awesome service! Forever grateful. Thanks so much guys"

"Scheduling online was simple. Tony (staff) was friendly and helpful, and I’m happy with the services performed (inspection, oil change, battery replaced, brake pads & rotors replaced). Would go here again and honestly can’t believe I haven’t been here before, because it’s in a very convenient location."

"I’m 22 and not very knowledgeable about cars. The front right tire of my car was making strange noises, so I went into this location and said that the front axle felt a little “sluggish” and if they could check it out (I also asked for an oil change). Next thing I know, I was paying for an alignment (which the final invoice claimed I asked for; which is untrue - I merely suggested in my naivety that an alignment may be needed and that is like for them to check). I was also charged for the wrong tires due to a “misunderstanding” but the worker could’ve been more clear about the fact that I was being charged for higher-end tires. I’m rating 3 stars because they at least refunded me for the difference in tires. In other words, don’t come here if you’re not too knowledgeable about cars, like me."
