"DO NOT RECOMMEND WENT IN FOR NEW TIRES AND NOW I HAVE SO MANY ISSUES I came to this Firestone for convenience because the location is close to work. I also brought it here because first one was having a sale on tires. I went into the store got my tires replaced. Few days later my car was shaky and high speeds (65+) and I informed the place and he said he will check it out. They checked it out and said there was no issue. Couple of days pass and I start hearing noises and vibrating gets worse. I take it back and they said they did a test drive and they didn’t hear anything. So I take my car back and drive home on the highway! The undercharge of my car falls while I’m driving 70 on highway. I went to Firestone to fix it and it falls again cause of the damage on the highway Now they are saying they aren’t responsible and that the undercarriage fell because I hit the parking cement blocks to hard???? Like come up with a better excuse. I came in with no problems and walking out with way too many."
