"Took me a while to write this but a few months ago i took my mustang in for a engine temperature warning message. Bc of the good reviews i previously saw i trusted the technician when he told me what my vehicle needed. After paying him close to $800 (with no written estimate) and waiting almost a week my car was in a WORSE condition than i brought it in at. My vehicle was now not starting properly AND uncontrollably shaking. His solution was to tell me it needed a tune up... I PAID and additional almost $500 for the tune up and waited a few more days.... Not only was it still showing a "temperature warning" at pick up but my car wouldn't even properly start....I continued to tell the technician the warning message WAS WHY i brought it in .... he proceeded to give me a price OFF THE TOP OF HIS HEAD for another $800. I asked him for an estimate and he handed me a half written out estimate with no parts/labor break down.... I took my car elsewhere and let me know they DIDNT EVEN REPLACE ANY PARTS and also zip tied parts he said he replaced. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and go elsewhere, these are unexperienced technicians going based off of MANUALS not any type of knowledge."
"Awesome! Oil change today, in and out in 20 mins. The mechanic even helped me out and installed my taillight. I love a good local place, that doesn’t try to rob you! The lady at the front desk was very nice also! This is my new go-to for auto repair!"
