"Low class and roguish. I don't recommend anyone come here for tire service. They are a complete waste of your time. Their hours are listed as opening at 9a.m., online and on the door, however upon arrive I was informed that they don't open until 1p.m. This is pure foolishness. Why aren't you open during normal business hours or update the hours listed? I could've saved gas and went somewhere else."
"I was ready to buy new sets of tires for two separate cars online, but after reading the reviews here I felt I should call. I was told that it will take 4-5 days for my tires to be installed. No thanks, I’ll go somewhere else."

"I am disappointed with BJs being such big name Cooperation. I purchased a set of four tires, one had a slow leak in it. I took my car there to get the tire serviced They were not even equipped to adequately assess the tire. Every time I call for an appointment I could not get in because they were booked for the day. Then abruptly the tire burst while I’m an hour away from home, meanwhile my roadside assistance did not cover it because I was too many miles out away from my service area, I would never patronize them again for tires buyers be aware."
