"Made an online reservation using Repairpal and also spoke to a young lady at the center. In the reservations request I stated that my vehicle was experiencing a noise on the top part of the engine. I received a call stating that the noise may be related to the lifters and without even inspecting the vehicle, the caller denied my reservation request. I spoke with the young lady in person and stated it may be a bearing issue. I got it inspected by another mechanic and indeed the pulley on the alternator was bad. Alternator replaced noise gone"

"Larry and his team were extremely professional and I was very happy with the service. What I found most impressive is that they share a detailed analysis (with photos) of any issues they find with the car, with quotes containing a breakdown of the individual costs associated with the repairs. You then have the option to approve or decline any of the suggested repairs. I had my oil and tires changed at a very affordable price. Everyone was very friendly and I will definitely be bringing my car back for the next service. Thanks Larry and team!"
