"Incredibly disappointed in this TSC, and it’s giving me a more accurate taste of TSC as a whole. I’ve gone to TSC’s most of my life, and I can say I’m utterly shocked at what I experienced at TSC Hinesville. I will update when the matter is resolved. Right now I’ve been on the phone for 25 minutes with CitiBank, who TSC uses for credit cards, most of which is on hold. But before that I was on hold actually getting somewhere and got disconnected and no call back. So here I am again cleaning up a mess TSC Hinesville created and refused to do anything about. Synopsis: a cashier, Chelsea, asked as I was checking out if I wanted to sign up for their “rewards”. Made absolutely no mention of it being a credit card. I got a notification from my credit card that a credit history check was made by TSC, and I realized I had unknowingly, against my will, been applied for a credit card. Fraud. I went into the store and the only resolve they offered was they gave me corporate’s number, which when I got home realized it was the same number I had already called and gotten nowhere with. Which is their “Customer Solutions” number. 58 minutes later on this call and I’m speaking with the fraud department. This could have been resolved when I called and got the runaround Friday. It could have been resolved if the store Supervisor took it seriously and showed his/her face about the matter when I went in there Friday after I realized what took place. Absolutely ridiculous. This is not the TSC, country store, everyone knows your name type reputation the store has. This has totally woken me up to what kind of business TSC runs behind the scenes. If you think you can trust them, don’t. I’m sure I’m not the first one this has happened to."

"I was in there and purchased mole worms to kill moles with and there was a box of eight up there for 1599 and then there was a box of 12 up there for 1999 but on the box of 12 it said 50% more free and they charged me $4 extra for the free ones. I thought the box of 12 was in the wrong spot because it said 1999 since the Box said free. I got to the cashier and brought it to her attention after she had put it in the register,and she said she couldn't change the prices on it, but it's a manufacturer's giving away for extras for free why does Tractor Supply have the right to charge us for it?"
