"If I could leave 0 stars I would. It all started because we somehow got double booked for half a day then we didn’t get to leave on time because the people from the morning were late getting back so the company had to hurry up and try to “clean the boat”. Finally we get on about half an hr late and get told our new time to return would start then since it wasn’t our fault. So we get on with 2 BABIES and a TODDLER and our boat gets stuck in the water about 2 hrs in for over an HOUR!!! We ended up having to get rescued by someone on their team and end up back an hour late to the dock because of it. The owner didn’t even have the decency to talk to me on the phone he used some other lady to relay the message and had the audacity to say that he was more than gracious with us for not charging a cleaning fee and getting back late fee. Excuse me?! We left the boat exactly as clean/dirty as you gave it to us. We were only an hr late because we got stuck in the water on YOUR boat and it was your companies fault we got double booked and I’m even calling because I was told on the phone I would be given the money back for the difference in the boat which is the only reason I even kept calling to figure it out. It’s now been nearly a month of this back and forward just to be told I should be happy with what I got and just be gracious. So even though i hardly ever write reviews here I am today warning you….. Do not, I repeat…. DO NOT book with them unless you want to deal with nothing but unprofessionalism from the owner. The younger lady at the front desk that helps you get in is nice, whoever the lady on the phone when you call to ask about information is not! Half of the time she doesn’t know what she is talking about she kept confusing me for someone that was complaining about a pet deposit. So I’m assuming I’m not the only one having issues. And the owner didn’t even have the decency to talk to me only have the lady on the phone relay the message. So fair warning!!!"

I had some minor issues with the new boat that could have kept my family off the water for a while, but the service guys worked very quickly to correct my problem. They treat my boat as if its theirs. The guys that work at the dock also go above and beyond expectations in being helpful. FIVE STARS for sure!"
