"I went into this store with my son and daughter to find myself and my son a pair of boots. Emily assisted us the whole time we were there. Not only is she one of the nicest ladies I've ever met, she's pretty stunning too. We both found a pair of boots we loved. But later, mine had come apart at the sole. I brought my boots back to the store and showed them what happened. Not only did everyone assist me again. They returned the boots to the factory and had me walk out with a new pair. I will never shop another store when it comes to western attire. Everyone in this store is the nicest I've ever met!!"
"Got me a new hat, shirts, boots, belt, and buckle. Great selection of current styles and stuff you can wear for work or a night out. No nonsense kinda place. Update: The store hasn't changed since my initial review. I've been back several times and bought more for myself, my wife, and my kids. Probably my favorite purchase so far is a belt buckle, but my boots and hats are great too."
