"Went three years with zero mistakes in my pick up order. Over the last 6 months, this location has went significantly down hill. My orders have constant mistakes. Going to start using another location in hopes of better service."

"This store has a very nice automotive dept. Those guys are the best! If not for them I probably would not use this store at all. There is a heavy employee in the electronics department that is so rude and unhelpful including to the other employees. Yet I am told he gets high sales. I figure he is only willing to help people making large purchases and is rude to everyone else, so he hasn't been fired. Another older man that works at the customer service desk, is very curt and rude as well. I complained to the store manager once about a bad employee and he was very unconcerned, didn't care. So I'd drive to Murphy walmart every time if it wasn't as far. The employees are much more helpful and pleasant with their customers. I believe a lot has to do with management and employee support."

"Went shopping this evening, and was greeted at the checkout by two animals. One was labeled as a service dog, and hardly noticed it was there. Then one sitting in a cart next to them had a dog barking on and on. Extremely annoying. Not to mention the workers coming over and talking with the women to keep her there longer. Extremely upsetting. Why can our small town not do better? Calling corporate in the morning to file a complaint."

"This store is generally well stocked and most of the employees are friendly. Our biggest frustration is with the folks who fill online orders. There was one employee in the grocery section today who had parked their very large cart in the middle of the aisle. She made some comment to us that we could “get around her” yet there truly wasn’t enough room. When I made a comment about parking her cart toward the side, she rudely talked back to me. I wish these employees would realize that in-store customers are just as important as those who do their shopping from home!"
