"Absolutely charming gem in Midtown! I almost don't want anyone to know about it, it's so peaceful. It has 100 year old hardwood floors that have been perfectly refinished and modern, sleek interiors that have been furnished beautifully! Top of the line appliances and cabinetry. I've never rented a long term place so well appointed, they literally thought of every last detail, down to a noise cancelling machine right by the bed. Having a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher in the unit is beyond cool. The oven even has an air fryer in it! Taking a building from the 1930's and turning it into this was certainly an undertaking, and I applaud the owners. They did a stellar job. I have alot of reps that come into town frequently, and I would 100% recommend this place. If you are a traveling professional and want to be close to everything, 10/10 recommend. If you're a local professional who wants a beautiful, safe place in Midtown, what are you waiting for?! This place is so awesome! I lived here less than a week before I signed a lease, no joke! Let's fill this beautiful, historical property with cool professionals!"

"This was my first apartment I got when I moved to Atlanta for college from West Georgia. I moved in January 1st, 2004 (the same day Backstreet closed…go figure!) & was there til late summer of 2010 when I felt the full wrath of the recession less than 2 very short years after graduating college. I was heartbroken to have to part with my first little home trying to find my way in life as an adult. Can’t say I’ve live anywhere that’s come close to being as special as this place was for me. It had all the charm and character and magic that any artist could possibly want and need in a home. It was def some of the happiest years of my life. Though there have been many happy years since, the years at Winnwood will always take the cake. They say you don’t know that yer in the best of times until time has past but when I was there I def felt I was in the best of times. Sad that it’ll be just a memory to those of us who lived there as it is no more. That’s just the way things go as cruel as it is. But Winnwood will always live on in my heart forever. It was a great place indeed. Whatever is to replace it has big shoes to fill and it won’t come close that’s for sure. -Atlas"
