"This is Jaime and Ricardo de Jesus Davila that are moving in apartment on February 3rd the process to get approved and moving in was so clear precise and inexpensive Gianna made the process even easier and less daunting from the time we looked at the apartment with Gianna to the moment of moving in was less than a week that is record timing for any apartment building that we have lived in in the past 20 years..... We had driven around the whole complex looks very clean very kept up I saw the huge pool they have a beautiful clean gym restrooms we're spotless in the management team that works on Saturdays we're a breath of fresh air they are very informative very respectful to your needs and amazing to deal with especially Gianna I am very excited and grateful to be moving in we have at lease for a year but our intentions are to stay longer just as long as the price doesn't go so high LOL LOL because usually every year the price goes up just hopefully not so much that we have to move out because we love this place and this place already feels like home and I haven't even moved in yet thank you very much to the leasing team for getting us in."

"Horrible apartment complex , it’s a decent price apartment but needs multiple improvements. The complex has trash every , a huge roach infestation. Also I have seen rats in the back of the complex . The office takes too long to respond to maintenance issues . It was constant things that needed to be fixed in my apartment. The amenities look nothing like the pictures. I would never recommend or renew a lease here"

"Lived here for a couple of months and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The charming row houses and the lush greenery create a serene and picturesque environment, making it a peaceful community to call home. Its location near Kroger and the Howell Mill area is incredibly convenient, offering easy access to daily essentials and dining options. The apartment configurations are flexible, with options for 1Br ($1300) and 2Br ($1700) units, with or without amenities (electric stove, washing machine dryer in apartment). One can also choose between basement, first, or second-floor apartments, allowing residents to pick their preferred living arrangement. Each has a different front porch size. The community offers a range of amenities, including a 24x7 gym, pet spa, and a well-organized mail room. While the swimming pool is seasonal (summer only), it's a great spot for relaxation. The office working space, complete with free coffee, and the game room, although with limited hours, provide excellent recreational options. The staff at 'The 500' are friendly and attentive, and I have personally never faced any issues YET. Monthly events like game night organized by the community foster a strong sense of belonging. Now for the negative points I have faced. (I am nitpicking here): If you don't have a vehicle, the way to the apartment has an extremely steep slope. Not at all recommended for old people or those with health problems. If you happen to be with the wrong neighbors, things can be difficult. I hear kids screaming loudly at night. Which, although not an issue for me, I understand this can be problematic for some. This one's a minor one but the pre-installed fans in the apartment are extremely slow and as good as useless.
