The facility offers suite-style housing with single and double occupancy options, constructed in 2016. Conveniently situated across from the University of North Georgia Dining Hall, The Commons #2 is adjacent to the Walker Drive residential parking deck. The Commons Building 2 features 108 suites that can house up to 351 students in single-gender arrangements. Each suite is fully furnished with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and shared common areas like lounges and snack rooms. Residents have access to free laundry facilities on each floor, except for the 1400s floor, which can use the facilities in other parts of The Commons.
