"I had high hopes for my daughter’s trim but had a negative experience and left with her hair more uneven than when she came in. My daughter was coughing and was understandably asked to wear a mask, which she did without a problem. The stylist was also wearing a mask, but was so concerned with getting sick, that she actually cut her hair as far as possible from my child as she could. On top of that, despite the fact that my daughter came in wearing braids and her hair was wavy, the stylist only wet the bottom part of her hair, which resulted in an incredibly uneven cut. She asked me for my approval three times and I had to ask her to properly redo it in all three occasions. By the way third time it was obvious that she had no intention of taking the time to do it right and I called it quits. While I understand her concern with getting sick, she should have passed on the job instead of doing such an unapologetically lousy job. I honestly could have done a better job myself and I don’t cut hair. To make matters worse, we left on holiday the following day so there was no chance to “get it fixed” before we left. I didn’t even want to pay because the cut was so subpar, but the salon was full and I did not want to make a scene. I will not be going back."

"Our visit was great! We took our 4 year old and 7 year old boys for their hair cuts. It was our 4yr olds first cut and he did so good and Ms. Reneta was wonderful with him. She took the time to explain that his hair could go either way versatile. She took the time to let us know that our 7 year old has thick hair so she put conditioner instead of gel. This is our second time seeing Ms. Reneta and she great and patient with the kids."

"Very professional and highly recommended. The staff was very friendly with my kids and let them play around. Kids felt like they were on a play date in a toy room. My 7 year old daughter who cried to not get a hair cut, got convinced to get one after talking to stylist, Aubrey. They both decided on what they want for hair cut and how to style after the cut. My daughter was happy and looked like a princess after the cut with cute braid and jewels. My 2 year old twin boys, did not cry a bit and had a conversation with stylist. We are very pleased overall. Store manager was extremely sweet. She gave complementary gifts to kids even before their hair cut."
