While I had my haircut, she communicated very well to ensure I am getting the style I would like. She even gave me tips on how to prepare my hair for bedtime. Her salon is also beautiful!"

"I’m gonna be honest I’ve been coming to Sheena for the last 4+ years I would drive an hour to get to her sometimes 2hrs. I recently went to her and received some finger waves, she does a great job with those however she recently switched the products she’s using and I realized it’s not really working with my kind of hair so I simply called to let her know 1 day later that my waves weren’t really staying hard like they typically do (greys or not) I was calling to let her know and to ask her if she can use another product on my hair however when I called to let her know all she starts doing is getting defensive, not taking any accountability, lied and blamed my hair, which she’s been doing for four years. On that phone call she told me that while I was in the shop under the dryer she told me I needed another perm and to cover my grays which is a complete lie!! Why not let me know before you do my waves. I hate I have to leave this review but im fed up and some 2023 hairstylist really need to get it together and start taking some kind of accountability, I mean we are paying for services and they really don’t give a da*n how we feel after we get out the chair. 80$ for 1 day of waves. Got my hair done monday at 4 took this pic Wednesday afternoon Fyi: I see reviews about her attitude and the way that she talks to people and they are not lying she will definitely talk down on you and be prepared to be interrupted and only listen to her stories but if you talk about God she will listen a little bit but she will over talk everything else lol. Never again! "I had a great experience with Sheena! She was very friendly and welcoming (I was a first time client) so I really appreciated that! She was professional and fast I was literally in and out! I recommend any ladies wanting to get a short hair style for the first time to book her “makeover” ! I have a couple of trouble spots in my hair and the way she styled my hair you can’t notice! Overall I love my hair and I will be back for more services! I live on the Southside and it was definitely worth the ride !"
