"The salon is nice and the stylists are quick and efficient, however, if you have natural hair, you will lose your curl pattern and your hair will thin. There has to be something in either the shampoo or conditioner that chemically alters your hair. My hair cannot handle much chemical exposure so it looked really choppy after awhile. I went to a different salon and the hair stylist asked if I had a relaxer. I haven't put a relaxer in my hair for 8 years! I had to chop a lot of hair off but now it's growing like wildfire, and the roots are coming in thicker with gorgeous curls, although the straight ends are a reminder to be mindful of the products being used on my hair!All of this time I thought my hair was naturally thinning and changing.If you have a relaxer it may not matter to you. If you are natural, be aware! At minimum, bring your own shampoo/conditioner if allowed."
