Marco's Pizza

"Our service at this location was poor from the moment we entered the facility. When explaining our order to the cashier she automatically assumed she knew what we were requesting and cut us short when speaking. We sat and waited on the pizza's in the facility, our pizza's had been placed on the rack for pick up but no one ever came back to the front counter to give them to us until we approached the counter and asked after waiting 30 minutes. We arrived home with our pizza's only to realize they were made incorrectly. I called the facility to make them aware that my order was incorrect and I was asked to bring the pizza back in order for my issue to be addressed, which I have never heard of before. When I arrived at the facility they took the pizza back and kept it which I found to be complete odd! As I explained my issues to the cashier the manager stood aside and listened never once acknowledging the situation or making his title known. I asked the cashier if there was any sort of compensation for our inconvenience and this was when the manager finally made his presence known. He he reluctantly offered a $15 discount on our next order. Once our pizza had been remade it was still incorrect and had to be taken back again. At this point I asked the cashier for the number to corporate office and I was told "we do not have a corporate office" astound I asked "you all do not have a corporate office" the cashier went on to say "we do not have corporate office or a number to a corporate office." Puzzled I asked one additional question "what do you all do with the pizza that you took back from me?" The employee hesitated and said "ummm we throw them away," however I asked this question because I saw an open pizza box that was being eaten out of on the back counter, so I was curious to know if the pizza that we had taken home and returned would be eaten by the employee's. During the wait for my corrected pizza I overheard the staff discussing several other orders that had been made incorrectly and had to be redelivered. Needless to say this was a horrible experience that will most likely send my business to the new Papa John's just a few minutes down the street. I felt this entire situation was handled very poorly and unprofessional, which shouldn't surprise me being that there was no OBVIOUS management on site."

"If you want the most greasy pizza east of the Mississippi River. With sprinkles of ingredients you didn’t ask for. This is the place for you. Oh did I mention how much more expensive they are. $60 for a slightly goofier version of Pizza Hut but twice the price. I’m beyond annoyed I purposely got light cheese and sauce too."

"I’m really sick of the horrible service here. I ordered a pepperoni pizza online that comes with old world pepperoni and I got it delivered . I paid extra for double old world pepperoni on the website and I did not get any extra old world pepperoni on my pizza that I paid extra money for , it definitely was the regular amount of old world pepperonis that they become real stingy about they cut back on the amount of pepperonis that they used to give then on top of that they DID NOT CUT my pizza. So we had to cut the damn pizza into slices. This location in Hiram has truly gone down. I’m always pissed and dissatisfied when I get pizza from here. Be careful when you pay extra for any toppings because they don’t give a damn and they don’t seem like they even pay attention to any extra toppings that you spend your money for."

"This picture listed shows a employee of the month and deserves a raise and/or more. I have never been to a restaurant where there is orders coming in left and right with just one person making the orders and one driving. I wasn't able to get a picture of the driver who was delivering but they need applause and more. They are holding down a whole restaurant on a holiday by themselves. I didn't have much of a tip to give but I gave what I could. The two pizzas in the box that I got looked amazing and tasted great. All this while she had to make a bunch of other others coming in. Whoever is the trainer I applaud you because your leadership and work ethic shows in this employee."

"Bang for your buck, keep reading! Not the best pizza I've had but still delicious. The peperoni magnifico has about a 1/2 lb of peperoni. Well, when you cook peperoni it will create a bunch of oil! So beware you will be swimming in it! The cheese bread was also made perfectly with no shortage of ingredients. I appreciate places that aren't afraid to use thier ingredients. What didn't look impressive was the cinnamon squares. WRONG! It was a light fluffy dough, paired with a pleasing amount of crisp on the outside. The perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar on top along with a frosting topping. I thought I was full after my one piece of pizza. Then I ate about 3 pieces of the cinnamon squares. Service was top notch. Now I'm ready for a food coma. Give them a try and but be warned!"
