"I was a “concierge patient” of 2U for over 3 years. Paying a large amount for an annual retainer. They were watching me to keep breast cancer away, doing blood draws every 6 weeks to monitor my hormones mainly (which did not happen consistently) I had to remind them. My last 3 visits consisted of finally reviewing the results of a home stool test to determine if my gut health or poor health was contributing to my depression. This test was finally suggested after 3 years and to my surprise my poor gut health was a main contributor to my depression. Better late, then never. Then it was suggested I do weekly “NAD” infusions yo help my depression. I had 2. Complete distant. I was verbally harassed y the lead nurse and owner. Treated so horribly. Left alone hooked up to the infusion, experienced my heart racing & dizziness and no one was around. When they finally came in the lead nurse asked me “why are you being so defensive” and said this has never happened before. Which my question is why would you leave someone alone for the first time hooked up to a NAD infusion. The next visit she had her nurse ask me how much dosage I wanted that time and how long? Poor medical care! Disgrace!"

"I emailed 2UMedical on 7/10/20 asking them if they would be able to test my 16-year-old son and let them know that I had just tested positive for Covid-19. I also let them know that I'd left a phone message the prior day. Hanna Ponder responded and said they would be able to test my son at my house. She also stated that they'd returned all phone calls from the prior day and asked for my phone number. I sent my phone number immediately. After waiting for several hours I emailed back and asked when we could get it scheduled. She replied that it would be the following Tues or Wed. I waited another few hours expecting a call and emailed again asking if we could go ahead and get it scheduled and asked what was needed from me. She wrote back "We are scheduling by phone messages only due to extremely high demand. We are calling patients back in the order that we receive the message. Please call and leave a message and Anna or Caroline will give you a call." I wrote back and said again that I'd left a message the day before and will leave another one. To this day I have not received a call back and today is 7/20. FYI- Chastain Surgery Center has drive through appointments available daily at a much cheaper price. Both my son and myself have been tested (mine was a follow up) and results were available within 48 hours and they answer their phones."
