"Went for my appointment and waited 2 hours to hear that they didn’t have my blood work. I could’ve received that info through an email instead of having to come into the office. The doctor didn’t even say sorry for the super long wait. I don’t know if that’s normal but I’ve never had to wait that long to receive no updates"
"Unfortunately, I took my daughter here based on the reviews I saw online and at the suggestion of our pediatrician. She had several severe allergic reactions, and we needed to know what was triggering them. When I brought her here, the doctor dismissed my concerns (even though I had photos of the reaction) and I had to persist that they do an allergy test. I was only able to speak with the physician for about two minutes. Everything was very rushed, and I felt that neither of our concerns were being heard. After the visit they never billed my insurance company and have tried to stick me with a bill for $444. When you try and call the number, it says that the wireless subscriber cannot be reached. The bedside manner here is pretty terrible. I definitely wish we had had a better experience."
