"My husband and I were out for dinner and drinks this evening and our first stop was another restaurant in the area. The service was horrible! We’d been sitting at the table over an hour after placing our order and still no food. We left and went to Logan’s! Kayla G our waitress was amazing! Service with a smile and the personality to match! Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the drinks were on point. Thanks Kayla for saving our date night!"

"Had a long wait, so we sat at the bar to avoid it. Food was good, and as always, the rolls are the best. Salads were a lil skimp this day. The only thing we asked for tea to go and was given unsweet tea, but the experience was cool."

"The food was so great. I'm a fan of warm buns and the medium rare sirloin was just that. I had a baked potato that was not burnt unlike some I've had at relatable steakhouses. I had the octoberfest beer with my meal. I heard 3 birthday songs so must he a popular place for celebrating people's birthdays."

"I had the 8oz sirloin steak with sweet potato and salad. This is one of the best side salads. It had more than the typical lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes. It also had cheese, bacon, and a ring of onions. I had the steak medium rare, but I believe the quality of the steak made it chewy and had a lot of veins, so I had to nuke it a bit, and then the taste came through. It was seasoned well and much easier to eat. The service was good, although I think the late night had them a bit tired, which lowered their patience (observed them handling other customers). I had my food to go, which sometimes you get a less than nice-looking meal when u get home. It was in a container that separated the food and still kept it hot. Great food, good service. If I ever come to Augusta again, I'll certainly sit down and really enjoy their food."

"I won’t go back, but I still give them 4-Stars! Read my review to see why! The location and building is nice, the food was good, but service needs a little work! At this time I think Texas Roadhouse has a leg up on this culinary style experience. This location DOES NOT offer military discount! Why did I all cap “DOES NOT”? I wanted to emphasize this cause this location have signs up on premise, one saying “Proud to serve those who have served America so well!” See added picture for reference. I asked the Server Manager why they have the sign up , but don’t offer military discount in a city that has more than 100k Soldiers stationed in? Her response was the the owner was in the military and they honor service members on Veterans Day only! If this is the case, then take the sign down until Veterans Day as it is misleading. In addition, most restaurants in the greater Augusta, GA area offer military discount, to include Texas Roadhouse! The food was good, but it was lukewarm when we received it. The rolls were ok, but Texas Roadhouse has a leg up in this department. Service was delayed due to being busy and it took a long time to get refills. This is a decent restaurant to visit and I recommend giving it a try! Due to their misleading military support, I don’t anticipate returning to this location!"
