To reach the trailhead, take GA Hwy 193 to the intersection of GA Hwy 341 and Hog Jowl Road, then travel south on Hog Jowl for about 2.8 miles before turning left onto Pocket Road. The road runs for 1.2 miles before reaching a parking area, though part of it is unpaved and may require crossing a shallow stream ford. Remember that a Go Outdoors Georgia Hunting, Fishing, or Lands Pass License is required to access this property.
