"Well.. I really enjoyed this place until today! Tim was really angry about my long nails when I asked if he could replace them. It was funny at first, the jokes, but I feel like he could’ve just refused to replace my thumb nails. I was told “this is Suwanee we don’t wear long nails”. “I don’t want your money, I don’t need it.” That was insulting to me & I was completely shocked because I’ve been here plenty of times and had good customer service, previously. Sadly, I won’t be returning and I’m sure it won’t hurt their business at all, but the treatment and smart remarks really sucked to receive. And the nails turned out wide and ugly anyway."

"This was my first time with Jenny and all I can say is that she did a great job. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by almost all the workers there and it felt so friendly. I will definitely be coming back!!"

"Clean salon, friendly and punctual staff. No over drilling off my cuticles. Before polish, my nails were perfect with the shape being even squares. After polish, my nails were lumpy, irregularly shaped, and the thumb oddly has a matte sheen as is the shiny clear coat was not applied. I will not revisit or recommend."

"This place is amazing! Very clean and beautiful space. Calm and quiet to give you the real spa experience. From nail color variety to great nail professionals, I felt absolutely spoiled when I went. Definitely recommend and will use again. The two nail specialists that did my service were super friendly and extremely attentive. Thank you!"
