"They did not do a good job accommodating kids for hair cuts. The lady who was trying to do the hair there was being rude with my kids. Not a good place for treating customers well. Esp kids . I will never recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is very important for any business to be successful. If they are busy does not mean they can behave rude. They messed up my appointment Inspite of calling many times and then when my kids were there they behaving rude. Is unacceptable. If the kids hair was nice and looking good we would have got them for a hair cut. They did not have patience to remove tangles and said we should have don’t that before and that comment was offensive for a 10 year old. If they are that busy to accommodate and take care of customers in a nice way then they should not take appointments. They want money and then they treat the people coming in with rudeness. The ladies inside complain about each other in front of the customers . Not an appealing atmosphere over all."
"I visited the facility today around 3:15pm First of all, there was no one on the counter for check-in. Only 2 people were working and busy with facials with other clients. They did not have time to take any customers but they were squeezing in at a time and were in so much hurry that didn’t even saying no if you want to do full face threading or waxing. Moreover, they were not even greeting. their clients and the one lady who did my eyebrows and side burns, did worst job!!!! When I got home and saw my half of the hair were present. Absolutely not worth going and spending money. I even made an appointment with them yesterday, but still they didn’t know that who has an appointment. I would give them 1 star because that the only lowest I can go."
