"Don’t go to Katie with Southern Charms.seeing her was a complete waste of my time and money s ppl ent in gas. She’s been running a Groupon deal for highlighting special . When I came to see her I was hoping she’d be able to cut my hair , framing my face since I had been cutting off damaged ends myself. She told me she could not highlight my hair as that was going to “melt my hair” . I was fine with that but she was very rude and condescending to me , making me feel like she just wanted to cut off all my h as if without caring whether or not it looked good. She told me I didn’t know what I wanted even though I told her what I wanted. Also said because I have dark hair it wouldn’t lift. Say what? What kind of nonsense is that The entire visit was completely unwelcoming and insulting. I ended up leaving without letting her do anything to my hair. I guess she has a preferred kind of customer because before she saw me in person she seemed very nice. There was nothing charming about Southern Charms ."

Pam, the receptionist is also great with making sure the interior environment is well kept and visitors know where to go.
