"I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for Annie the manager. I lived there for 4 years and went through 4 managers. The property owner is great and genuinely loves his tenants. He will do anything in the world for you. The property manager Annie is decent, until it comes time for you to move out. She will try and cheat you out of your deposit, no matter what Dawson tells her to do. It took us almost 2 months and lengthy and heated arguments to get our money back. Save your receipts and know the law in Georgia. You are only required to have the lease as proof of payment. She will try and cheat you! Stand firm! It is a decent place to live with good neighbors, for the most part."

"The owner is awesome, and the manager Annie is the greatest I've ever seen. She's got a combination of professionalism and compassion greater than all others that I know. I highly recommend this apartment complex for those looking for a place to stay."

"I've seen all of the past reviews, but I took a chance on Chelsea. Dawson was right! We have a new site manager Annie, and she is doing an amazing job! Of course, nothing us perfect, but every issue that I have encountered was taken care of. My A/C unit was acting up and I wasn't getting any heat. I could've been told to deal with it, but Annie provided space heaters for my self and other residents until the issue was solved. Don't take kindness for granted, because I've seen plenty of Apartments leave people high and dry. Thank you Annie and Chelsea at Five Points for working with me and dealing with complications of me residing here! Also, thumbs up to you Dawson!"

"Please do yourself a favor and do not move here. This place is a half step up from the projects, roach motel. They claim they have security cameras, which can’t even provide a clear picture of the perpetrators, as they post wanted photos on the back of the doors. Theft within this complex is at an all time high. Don’t get too excited about the 4x4 pool and tennis court nobody uses. Be aware of places like this, where you can rarely reach rental management. Limited accessibility for disabled veterans like myself. I am moving from here as soon as possible."

"I'm SO glad my lease was finally up !! DO NOT LIVE HERE !! LOCK UP YOUR HUSBAND AND BOYFRIEND IF YOU DO !!! The office lady Kimberly will do everything to sleep with them !! She sleeps with a few of the groundsmen and CONSTANTLY follows them all DAY ; NO ONE'S EVER IN THE OFFICE TO HELP ANYONE !! Dawson is the only great part about this complex !! HE'S SO NICE AND CARING ! It's overrunning with roaches and nasty ! The pest control people are supposed to come the first Wednesday of the month BUT I haven't seen a single flyer about them coming since Mike was fired ! If you miss them TOO BAD is what I was told !! (Mike scammed money from us for a long time until he was finally fired !) It took them MONTHS to fix my kitchen while I heard whispers that Kimberly (THE OFFICE LADY) was getting her apartment fixed ! They don't care about the tenants out here ! I have to go to the laundry mat down the road due to the new maintenance man taking my WET clothes out the machines and putting them in large black trash bags !! Another lady and myself had to sort through to figure out who's clothes belonged to who !! The drama out here is so awful EVERYONE knows everything ; NO PRIVACY !! This used to be a GREAT place to live until now RUN FAR FAR AWAY !!"
