"0/5 Cushman & Wakefield is a disgusting company. If you are considering moving here, I would not. Expensive apartments for horrific conditions. Flea infested. My toilet doesn't work, my gas doesn't work. UPDATE*** The animal they refused to remove from my wall in a timely manner and told me it was not an emergency is not decaying in my wall and there is a horrific odor. Well they came over gaslit me to my face claiming it did not smell when I am literally going to be sick from it. They are refusing to help when the reason it has even progressed to this was due to their refusal to take action. Unhealthy living conditions. This is disgusting. How am I supposed to live here with an animal rotting in my wall? I don't have anywhere else to go. There is an animal stuck in my wall and I need them to contact a critter control company (can't make appointment since I don't own). Staff has been consistently rude and unprofessional. I am being told this is not an emergency. Higher ups will not escalate this issue and I am here being disrupted working while listening to an animal die, 911 can't do anything, The only thing that can be done is for them to contact this company. Living here has been a nightmare. Do not recommend."

"I loved these apartments when I moved in 4 years ago but they have sadly declined in the intermittent years. I have a toilet that I have to turn the water off or I'll have a $300 water bill because the office won't fix it until I provide a video of what the toilet is doing. The lazy maintenance man said he found no issues after five minutes in my apartment. Current office personnel decided to re-paint the signs that show where apartments are and haven't realized that there is no sign for the apartments in the center. They also decided to number the buildings, which was a good idea but they did it so wrong that it's confusing to delivery drivers. So if you lived in building 10 apartment 101 it now says 10101 on the sign and the apartment. If you're not familiar with the complex it can be confusing. I tried to discuss this with the office personnel but they had attitude and brushed me off. I have not tried again just as I have not tried to get my toilet fixed. The water is turned off to the complex at least once a week. They started itemized billing which increased the rent. You're charged for the trash service, water and lights for the gym and office, valet garbage, cable(which was included in the rent when I moved in), and now renters insurance (which I had already but was added to my new lease at signing).Started valet trash service in a community that so does not need it. This is not a gated environment and the only security is on the office, gym and pool. Residents dogs poop in open quad and no one picks up their dogs feces so no short cut to the trash and mailbox unless you want to track in poop. Overall, it's a great location because you're close to almost everything but if you can find better choose the better no matter the cost. These Savannah apartments switch hands often and it's the luck of the draw if you get owners and managers that actually care about the residents."

"Greentree is cozy. I feel very comfortable here. I’ve made it my home. Any maintenance I’ve needed has been handled quick and luckily got fixed the first time. The office staff is courteous and worked with me on any issue. I hope to stay here awhile."

"Greentree does not care about their tenants or their safety. We had mold on our vent that was leaking and maitenance spray painted over it with white spray paint. Then we had a crack in our ceiling for a month and we put in several maintenance requests and they all got ignored. Until our ceiling collapsed in our one bed one bath apartment. There was moldy insulation and dry wall that fell from the ceiling. Since we could not live or sleep in these conditions, they still did not offer to relocate us to another unit or get a hotel for us. They “fixed” the issue by putting new drywall and insulation. No one came to inspect the roof or come to treat the mold. Absolute horrible living conditions. This place needs to get condemned. The management sucks they will not work with you or have any sympathy. Do not make the mistake we did by renting from here."

"Apartment filled with mold. When I turned in the work order for the mold they just painted over it. The walls are literally made of old dry wall repairs. If you move in take pictures of everything because they will just lose your damages page you fill out when you move in. They are trying to charge me for 40 year old counter tops that were damaged when i moved in. The carpet was also old but they will find a way to try to make you pay to have it replaced when you only lived there a year and didnt even wear shoes in the house. Office personnel is always extremely rude. Live in a tent under the bridge, it's probably better than living here. The rent is sky high for some old busted apartments. The dumpster is always over flowing with trash, which may be part of the reason for the bugs everywhere."
