"This review does not reflect my experience with the provider because I never met her. However, it does reflect the service provided by the front office staff who was very rude and condescending. I experienced her rudeness first hand and while waiting to be called back witnessed her talking negatively about another young lady to another patient in the office. Due to the front office worker’s behavior I did not feel comfortable receiving care at this location. After explaining this to the nurse I was told I would be issued a refund for my copayment but once I left I was notified that I was marked as missing my appointment which was not true. I chose this provider due to the numerous positive reviews on Google however, the front office staff was so rude and hostile I will not be returning."
