"I booked a squeeze in appointment the same day. The appointment was booked for 1pm. I got my hair washed, blow dried and braided by her assistant who was nice. The entire time Kim never addressed me or spoke. I eventually was told as I was waiting on her to finish another client that she has to get her make up done leave and go to her photoshoot. Mind you I drove from Auburn Alabama for this squeeze in appointment and was charged an extra squeeze in fee just to NOT be prioritized. I finally sat in her chair at 7:30pm to get started. She thanked me for my patience and I didn’t say no problem or it’s okay because it was a problem for me. I didn’t want to leave because she had my card on file and I wanted my trip to be worth it! She made excuses about her not eating and falling behind schedule and being only human and really wasn’t taking accountability in my opinion. To leave to go do a photoshoot was beyond unprofessional to say the least. This experience was like non other. The hairstyle and hair came up to $740 after a small inconvenience discount that she gave after I had to ask and even then she said “for what”? I would NOT recommend!"

"I have been looking for a stylist outside the city and found Kim on social media and loved her work. I paid almost $800 for my service and honestly didn’t mind because I expected a luxury experience since it’s positioned as a luxury salon. A few things made this experience sour for me, one Kim never asked my name and referred to me as “client” my entire appointment. I found this rude and it immediately let me know she was not interested in establishing me as a permanent client if she wasn’t even willing to know my name or at least ask how to pronounce it (which isn’t hard). Two, Kim took a lunch break during my service and my service was stopped a couple times to accommodate other clients, she did apologize for this and I understand stylist have to eat but it shouldn’t be on my time your lunch should be build into your schedule (especially when I am paying you for your time). Third, this was the tightest sew-in I have ever gotten in my life, I got home and immediately took some ibuprofen. I am honestly scared to see what my edges look like when I take this out. This just wasn’t a pleasant experience for me and I don’t think it’s worth what I paid for. I am giving 2 stars because her assistant was really sweet"

"I paid $800 for a style that should’ve lasted 6-8 weeks in only lasted about 2 to be honest. Went for an appointment and waited an hour. Very inconsiderate of ppls time and very bullish to her clients. Also I took my hair down by a professional stylist only see that she had pulled my braids so tight my edges were gone in two areas. Looks on IG look beautiful but as far as your real hair, no CONSIDERATION!!!! I ADVICE PPL TO stick to who you know. People who care about your HAIR IN NOT YOUR LOOK!!!"

"Stylist doesn’t work well under pressure, rude , and is not accommodating. The services are luxury prices yet not luxury service. The stylist is not accommodating and doesn’t value her customers. A bad situation turned terrible. An appt was booked March 17th for April 22nd. Due to a minor situation the appt was rescheduled for May 6th. On May 6th , a text was sent stating that the wig wasn’t complete and I needed to push my appt time back from 9 to 11:30. I was told to allow 3hr for the services so I did. I was confused and frustrated because I was going to work right after my appt. The stylist’s assistant and I tried to work out a time where I could come but due to a number of reasons, I was unable to book that day or the following day. Upon arrival I was told if I stay I must be Patient because other clients were coming after me. So I wanted clarification, I asked questions and evidently I upset the stylist, who was in the back of the salon the entire time, so she came out. At first I thought things were ok. Yet, Kimmie was rude and down right nasty to me. Rather than offering me a situation that would benefit everyone she offered me a refund multiple time during her little “spill” about unforeseen circumstances. Due to her rude demeanor and tone, I obliged the refund. I was highly disappointed because she was highly recommended. I do agree that she does great work however, she does not value her clients time or money. The unit I purchased was $590. Smh."
