"I have been going here for a while now. I came in today and was serviced by Jimmy and Michelle, I have been to Jimmy a few times since the person I was going to left. The services were great and I am happy with the work. But, can you explain to me why just an acrylic fill was $64? I asked for the break down and was charged $26 for “extra” when I inquired, the “manager” at the front said he didn’t know, so he called Jimmy over. He told me that they charged for the length and SHAPING. Huh!? I’m fine with the length charge but SHAPING is excessive. I have never heard of a place charging to reshape your nails during a fill. Only a new set. Since when do fills not come with reshape? It’s not like I got a whole different shape. My previous set I walked in with was ballerina shape and I left with the same ballerina shape. And if it’s an extra charge why did they just do it instead of asking? I will be contacting the owner to make some sense on of this as he was not available today."

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Took my kids & myself to get our nails and toes done, let the staff know that it was for our upcoming Disney trip & explained the importance. They were friendly & seemed to understand what I wanted. The pedicure was bare minimum & I paid for the deluxe. No massage, no moisturizer. Just some sugar scrub followed by a splash of water and some cuticle oil. She nipped my toes 3 times. I have acrylic on my big toe and I let them know prior to service. Within 2 days, the acrylic nail was lifting! They told me it would be $50 for each child and they could only do gel polish for my kids. I agreed because we were already there. The very next day, the polish they applied to my oldest daughter’s fingernails began peeling off (pink). Their toe polish was sloppy and they completely skipped painting the little toe! Youngest daughter’s fingernail polish was sloppy and uneven (blue). For my nails, I got gel polish as well. He didn’t allow my polish to cure completely between coats which resulted in bubbling, uneven texture, and ultimately polish peeling and coming off. The bill was over $200 for our services and I left completely disappointed. Go to any other nail salon. This one just isn’t worth the price."
