"I've been in this shop to get my hair done twice. Mines turned out ok. So I brought my daughter in to get hers done.. I am so upset. We showed the girl the picture she said she could do it. I came to get my daughter she had a totally different style. The lady gave me all kinds of excuses saying " but it's still cute" I told her I was very unhappy. If the lady couldn't do the style she should have said that. Then they started to talk in another language which is very rude. They talked so bad about a lady that walked in asking for a style when she walked out. Very unprofessional.found out after I left that they were trying to charge me 240 for a style and charge another lady 160 for the same style. The prices are not are not consistent."

"I wish that I can give her zero stars because the older woman in there is rough on your hair if you have natural hair. She doesn't sterilize her tools, she's super slow and she tried to use a hot dryer on my scap. They only expected cash, no receipt and talk over your head. She halfway did my hair because she wanted to start working with on the next customer. I won't ever go back to her. Terrible hair braiding adequacy."

"The owners niece damaged my hair. She used locking jam to braid. Lines were uneven and braid were different in size. When you complain they ALL will try to intimidate you. They are a group of EVIL women. Pretending to be religious. Go at your own risk. If you have natural long hair they will burn or cut it” Accidentally” I think they are envious and jealous"

"I got my hair done last week and paid $180 for a simple style that indeed did not last at all. My natural hair is coming out of the braids which never happens when tucking the hair is properly executed. I spoke with manager however I am getting a run around about someone fixing my hair. Sadly I will not spend anymore money at this salon. Also I asked for the photo and this is what I got lol. I tried to give them another chance to make it right so I went to them recently and they knotted up my hair so bad. My edges are falling out"
