"Dr. Hasan is awesome, so this is very upsetting. For one, I was supposed to have an appointment today & it was not even in the computer. Mainly, though, the manager woman is rude & nasty for absolutely no reason. She is unacceptable & should be replaced immediately. I would hate to have to find a new doctor, because of her. Really, she is in the wrong line of work. This is a neurology clinic. Patients should not have to go through Squidward to see a good doctor. Please, send her to bag groceries. So she can stop stressing patients. Just rude & nasty for no reason at all. Also, loud & wrong!!! The only thing I can come up with is she hates her job. So, send her packing. *** Update*** Nope, I will not be going back. I will not tolerate the disrepect. I asked my PCP to refer me to another doctor & made it known this was a poor referral because of the staff. Dr. Hasan, it is not you. You can do so much better. Look at these reviews. Shameful. Find a compassionate & caring staff before the current staff runs everyone away."

"Dr. Hassan, why would you not get rid of Camiesha? She is awful. She obviously has issues. She is extremely unprofessional. And you have her managing your office. I am sure she's costing you more than she's worth. She's extremely rude to the clients. And she does a very poor job of getting the job done. I would never recommend your office to anyone for this reason. Please do something about your rude staff. The worst I have ever experienced. The DMV has nothing on your staff."

"I'm giving Dr. Hasan 4-stars because of his very rude staff. He is Great, but his staff makes you want to turn around. These women don't follow through with sending medical information to other Doctor offices that you have been referred to. No smiles, or cordial greeting when entering his office, and they don't look professional at all. I have worked in several doctor offices and my personal appearance in scrubs was always neat/cute. I almost left his practice because of the bad customer service his staff displays. ATTITUDES!"

"The front desk staff is very rude. The lady with americas best glasses and box color dyed hair rude she does not speak or smile. When I asked for an estimated time frame for my mother appointment she told me we can reschedule my mom is a diabetic. She needs to learn how to speak to people. I haven’t even made it to the back yet. But she has no compassion to be a healthcare worker. I’m a healthcare worker and I would never treat my patients this way."

"Dr. Syed Hasan is very nice. Listen to you. The Front Desk Staff is very rude. They never smile or Greet you when coming inside for your appointment. I had the worst experience with the office manager last week on the telephone. If that was really the ofc.mngr. The female who answered the phone said she was the ofc.mngr. I will never go back to that office again. Only one young lady in that office is nice. My husband left a message for Dr. Hasan to call me but never got a call."
