Labcorp

"If I could give this place a zero, I would. I was in kind of urgent need of a test to be done, and this location was one of the few labs open at the time. Unfortunately, when I arrived, not only was it extremely hard to even find (no signs on any building, and minimal wayfinding inside), but there was a sign on the locked door of the Labcorp. It claimed that they were only doing appointments that day. I knocked anyway, in the hopes that maybe they'd still help. When someone finally did come to the door, they weren't particularly kind. They said that they personally decided to only take appointments today. I asked if there was any way to check if that is the case online before driving way out to this place again. They replied "no", said goodbye, and closed the door. If you are in urgent need to get some sort of test done for a medical situation, probably try to find somewhere else. Or, if time permits in your situation, get an appointment and see how that goes. Who knows, they might actually help you out."

"In & Out! In less than 20 minutes. Great Tech with excellent customer service skills! Labcorp is through the doors with 81 on the building and then down the hall, to the left, and at the end of that hall way."

"If I could provided a negative star rating I absolutely would. Despite checking-in before my scheduled appointment I still waited over thirty minutes and watched as people that came in after me were seen. When I went to ask the receptionist, she lied to my face and first told me that I should have come up to "check-in after checking in because they wouldn't know I was there." When I told her that I came in at 1:27PM, literally a minute after the timestamp of 1:26PM text message I received that read "Your Labcorp technician is ready to see you. Please proceed to the Labcorp check-in area and your name will be called shortly", she changed her story and told me that she had called me and I never answered. Holding my tongue, I just went through the motions of "rechecking-in" and had to literally figure out the information she was asking me for because the field names and what she requested were very, very different. The lab technician also did no favors to the reputation of the facility, having the same nasty attitude despite me trying my best to be nice. It even got to a point that I asked if there was more soap to wash my hands and she told me that the "soap was right there" (where of course my outstretched hand was), that "your hand is too close to it" (which it was directly underneath because automatic dispensers require that). She finally came over, moved me out of the way, banged on it, and then put her own hand under it only to have to go find soap because, magically, there was no soap. I try not to think the worst of people working in certain areas, but these women were so rude and unprofessional that it's no wonder that they are working in such a notoriously looked down area. Obviously nothing will be done, but I would suggest people take the time to just go to a different location."

"Miss Denise worked diligently to get us all taken care of the morning of my visit. She was very professional. FYI- appointments are priority so it’s best to schedule an appointment prior to your visit because walk ins are “worked in.” I came shortly after the clinic opened as a walked-in but was done in roughly 20 minutes. Exceptional customer service! I’m happy that I tried this location for my drug test."

"The people at the desk are always nice to me. But with the phlebotomist’s are incredibly hit or miss. Sometimes they are super nice and other times they just there to draw the blood and leave the room. I normally have great difficulty getting my blood drawn but everyone I’ve worked with here gets the job done with just one attempt. This location has pros and cons and the pros are what keeps me using this location for my monthly blood work."
