"In the emergency room nobody has any type of customer service skills. The nurses do not introduce themselves nor double check that they have the right patient. We were just walked back and the nurse didn’t say two words. Walked to her portable station while we just stood there and said “oh room 38” then stood there. We couldn’t walk bye or anything just literally stood there. I believe the hospital would not be so bad if the attitudes of the staff were better. It would definitely make up for spending 8 hours waiting just to have your vitals checked."

"If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would. When I came in the EMERGENCY room there was a foul smell. I then asked one of the assistants for a mask she rudely told me they didn't have any? What kind of hospital doesn't have masks? My dad ended up having another seizure while we were waiting and they had no sense of urgency at all. Whoever that doctor is with the BBL is extremely rude it seems as she was trying to show off her butt than actually help the patients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! You're better off helping yourself at home. Shut this place down."

"AVOID this place at ALL COST and have 911 on speed dial so you can call from inside the waiting room and be taken to a different hospital. Some of the Staff attitudes are unbelievable but it probably due to being overwhelmed. Be prepared to hurry up and wait. This is a last choice hospital. Good luck to anyone having to come here and prayers to us all that utilized any of the hospitals that have closed and are closing in what seems like the predominantly black neighborhoods. God help us all."

"I wish to share a great experience because of an mixup with dates ; we arrive to the hospital on the wrong day in the outpatient surgery center the greetings and assistance from the surgical center receptionist Ms K Glenn was outstanding. She went over and beyond to assist us. I think you so much my father had to have an outpatient procedure. And because of her expertise , kind words and quick thinking , we found out where he really should be. In the hospital main entrance……. Also, I would like to recognize another brilliant people person that helped us on November 15 , 2023 which was the correct day. I did not get her name but Southern Regional your people that helped us to get registered should be commended. This young lady was cool and confident as well as the other young lady in the surgical center, without these people’s knowledge and great customer service they are the face of your facility and they do an excellent job"

"Worst hospital in the system. Staff is slow and they seem to be more worried about their social media pages than taking care of patients. The call this area Fast Track, but there nothing fast about it. These people suck. Never coming back. It doesn't deserve one star. If you have an emergency don't come here if you can help it. Whatever is wrong with you will get worse just from the wait time. This place needs to be shut down immediately. As bad as it is, Grady hospital will serve you better than here. Mr. Earl is nice and friendly and that's all I have good to say about that place."
