"I frequent the store (weekly). My experiences have been pretty fair; not a big fan of the loud explicit music, tho. Recently visited the store to exchange two packs of unopened braiding hair but did not have my receipt. Amir, refused the exchange first he said the store does not sell the color. When he found the color on the rack, he then stated the store does not sell the brand. When I asked the cashier to scan the item, it was in the system. Very disappointing experience for $5.99. I wish women of color had more stores that respect us and not just want our money."
