"The owner of this place is the worst. She will overcharge you the price is never the same if she does your hair. She will burn your hair and try to cover it up telling you you need a trim and try n hide the damage she knew she did. Money hungry deceitful owner. The others do a great job. Mrs owner stop it you are bad for business treat people right and stop trying to hide your mishaps and charge customers for your errors. So sad just money hungry"
"I’ve came to this salon several times and I’ve always had a great experience but my daughter had to have her hair pressed and I brought her here and I’m disgusted ! My daughter hair was mid back length and the trim was was a chop off which I can accept she needed a good trim but her hair pattern has been ruined ! She had the kind of hair that curls when wet well apparently they use chemicals in their products and it made her hair thin and her curl pattern is gone . She literally has to start over from scratch !! How do I explain this to my 8 year old of why she has to cut what was a beautiful healthy head of hair off because they couldn’t probably straighten her hair . I took her to several salons after this just for other opinions and all said the same thing . She had chemicals in her head AND HEAT DAMAGE !"

"Not too crowded. I was in and out in a timely manner not like the salon in small plaza on Tara Blvd. And hwy 138. They have too many people and an assembly line type business. Not so, @ Justine's. Kudos. My hair is fresh and full of volume."
"I love this salon. It's not fancy but they don't need to be. No gossip. No long waits, if you come early. No offensive anti-whomever political rhetoric to make your visit unpleasant. No nonsense. The stylists here are either working on your hair or cleaning up after working on your hair. These are good, kind people who speak to their clients and treat clients respectfully. I'll keep coming back."
