Paisley Park Hair Salon

"I have been patronizing Paisley Park Hair Salon since 2012 and was very satisfied with my services and my relationship with the owner of the salon. However, in December 2023, she colored my hair and it was AWFUL. She said in a text message to me that she takes responsibility, but when I started to discuss the problem she became very defensive. I thought taking responsibility meant making amends. This did not mean that to her. When I went back for service, she charged me the full amount. I paid it because I did not want to lose my temper and create a scene. I texted her a couple of days later to discuss my concerns and she said in the text she took full responsibility. Today, I texted pictures of my hair and sent her a picture of my hair before this treatment. I told her in the text the least she could do was refund my money for the color since she agreed it was a mess. She said she credited my credit card and would send the money for the color service when I got back to her with the receipt. I had appointments scheduled for the rest of the month so that I could get it treated to restore the health of my hair. She canceled all appointments, Unfortunately, I will have to sue her. You never know someone's true character until there is a problem. I am saddened the relationship ended this way. I did not see this coming."

When Tee schedules an appointment, you can rest assured you will be in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. She cares for your hair, your safety and wellbeing while in her shop. Her mannerism is beyond comparison. I wish I’d met her 15 years ago prior to going from one salon to the next. She has me looking runway ready every time I leave her shop. "Tee has been doing my hair for over 25 years, and I will never go anywhere else...she is very professional, caring and has nothing but your well being of your hair at heart. I truly enjoy her mannerism and understanding when you try to figure out what to do with your hair. She'll figure it out for you and have you walking out looking like a Queen. She would rather you have your hair done some place else before doing something that she knows is not in your best interest in the care and manageability for healthy hair. Great job Tee...you are the BEST!!!"

"Tee had helped me care for my mom's hair, who had ALZ. Whenever people would see my mom they would compliment my mom's hair. She even did my mom's hair the day she had passed away. It was a relief in knowing she was in good hands and care! I love how Tee gets you in and out but has you looking as though you have been in her salon for hours! She has been great in helping me to stay natural with my hair fore I know I couldn't manage my hair without her!"
