"Price did not match up as what we discussed on phone, was $50 more, location is terrible, customer service was non-existent. The biggest issue were the rooms. Flushes didnt work, blood and randoms stains on all the sheets, hair everywhere, towels had stains as well, smelled bad basically everything that could be bad, was bad. Felt bad just to be in the room. Needs to be shutdown by a health inspector asap. Spend the extra $50 and get a hotel nearby like I did during the night after seeing all this"

"They gave me a dirty room which I had booked o er the phone. It was supposed to be 2 days but after being moved to another room that wasn't up to cleanliness standards I checked out early. They didn't refund my money for the second night although I checked out. The best thing about the place was T. O. The front desk clerk. He apologized for what had happened and tried to help. There was no clean towels at the front desk. Never stay here."

"One-star experience but 2-star just because the front desk was helpful. Of you had a few more dollars to go to a different motel, do it! Avoid this one! The hallway was filled with different smells from the different rooms. Fried chickens, pastas, weed, you name it. The original room we were assigned was old, and ran down. The sheets and pillow cases all had weird stains on them. The pillows themselves belong in the recycle bins. What put me over the edge was the bathroom. There were poop leftover from previous renters. Have you ever seen backed up toilets filled with diarrhea? That's what happened here and the housekeeper only clean the top part. The column on the bottom still had diarrhea clinging on! Wth?? Front desk moved us to a different room, which was a tiny bit better. Still, we were not able to rest comfortably. The walls had huge holes, the outlets didn't have covers, the sheets had stains. Overall, I believe they just want to rent rooms as long as they can until the build falls to the ground. They didn't put in any effort to upkeep. STAY AWAY!"

"Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT stay here. Upon walking into the hotel it seemed a little beat up, but that wasn't a huge issue for the price. The first room I was given had long black hairs all over the sheets and pillows. I went to the front desk and the employee reluctantly gave me another room on a different floor. This room initially appeared better, but within minutes I discovered bedbugs on the mattress. I immediately walked to the front desk, informed them of the issue and left to go find another hotel. I contacted Wyndham corporate for a refund and they sent a request to the hotel. Today I received a call from the hotel from a man that sounded drunk telling me that he thought he sent my refund but wasn't sure and I should have it in 2-3 business days. This place should be shut down. Either by the city or corporate."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. The whole place smells like cigarettes and weed. We asked to be switched to another room, and the new room still smelled like cigarettes. I couldn't sleep that night because of the smell, and the linens did not feel clean. The bathroom door was broken, didn't have a handle. Some of the towels had stains on them. The stay DOES NOT include breakfast. The "breakfast" station had a coffee machine with dust around it. There was a lady walking around barefoot in the reception area, waiting ice. Safe your money, don't stay here."
