"Right off the bat you have to spend $34/night for parking, and you HAVE to use valet. It clogs up the entrance all of the time! There is NO closet, no microwave, and no coffee maker in the room!! Not worth the money! The breakfast was really good though that is included!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice. The front agents need customer service training. Our vehicle was broken into and supposedly the hotel was filing a claim through the valet company and no one has contacted us. It’s been over 3 weeks. Do not stay there!! There’s no lights in the parking lot making all vehicles an easy target. Forced valet parking!!!"

"The rooms were new and clean. Location was convenient to the airport and convention center. The staff at the front desk were nice. Even though the airport is next door, we didn't hear any planes. The website shows self parking, but there was only valet. And they are clearly heavily understaffed as both dropping off our car and getting it back were a zoo. We stood around and waited 10 minutes (couldn't use the digital system they told us about), and dropping it off we had to wait in line for another 10 minutes. Also, we (and apparently everyone else) were told breakfast started at 6:30. We went down at 6:45 to a large mass of people standing around waiting for breakfast because it wasn't started. They claimed it opens at 7, yet many of us apparently all got a different message. We had to leave at 7 so we missed breakfast (which still hadn't started setting up), and they didn't have any To Go grab and go baga available."

"I had an amazing stay here! Everyone was friendly and professional. Antoine was friendly, welcoming and helpful during breakfast. Shantilla had great customer service with a friendly smile at the front desk. I spoke with someone this morning who helped me troubleshoot internet issues. I hung up while on hold as I was preparing to leave. She called back to check in to see if it was working! The gentleman at valet were always kind, helpful and professional. Thank you all so much for making my stay wonderful."

"The room we got was great for plane spotting (which I wanted to do anyway). It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were not. When arriving the parking was valet only (extra cost) and the valet was VERY pushy. When we arrived, he insisted on taking our bags, even though I told him no, he took them anyway. We only had carry ons, but he put them on a cart and took them to the elevator. The whole time I was telling him we could handle it. Once on the elevator, with the cart, he stepped off and briefly stood in the doorway, preventing the doors from closing. Once he realized we weren’t going to tip, he backed out. A travel companion booked two rooms, we arrived first, they charged the deposit to my card. Once our companion arrived, she had to speak to the front desk to have it moved to her card. Also, once she checked in, they gave her key cards to our room instead of hers. Once she got that straightened out, we found out they canceled the key cards they gave her AND ours. Location was excellent, view (we had) was excellent, proximity to the airport was excellent (there is a train a block away that goes to and from the airport), bedding was fine, and pillows were meh. The reason why I will not stay here again is because of the service. Can I give a minus rating for that?"
