Hotel Indigo Atlanta Airport - College Park, an IHG Hotel

"Was told a few days prior to my stay that I could leave my car there until my flight came back. “It would be added to the notes” of my reservation. This came from Nikita, so I went ahead and booked my stay under those conditions. Once I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a rude manager Evan that denied that I was promised the parking and that it was not in the notes. That condition was the only reason I booked at that hotel, so I canceled my room and went to the Embassy Suites which is a touch more expensive but alot more welcoming and accommodating. This hotel is using bait and switch tactics to lure customers in and not holding up to their word. Don’t stay here, plenty of other viable options."

"Terrible experience. Dirty bathroom. Sheets with blood stains. Gym without a single towel, dusty weights and equipment. There’s absolutely no noise isolation from the airport right next to hotel which makes it impossible to sleep (and I’m pretty used to sleeping with airplane noises since I live close to an airport) Asked to change the room to one facing the other side and they say it’s sold out but hotel seems half empty and plenty of spaces in parking garage."

"The room 214 has dust in corners, lamps were dented, no one has dusted lamp shades for a long time and there are stains on area rug. This room needs a deep cleaning and repainted - the chips are obvious in dark paint. I called ahead of my arrival at 2pm to make sure shuttle came and was told they come to domestic terminal at ground transportation. After waiting 30 minutes at 7pm I called and then was told oh we are now picking up at domestic terminal south lower level. The food choices nearby they note are not great- so if that’s important look them up to see if you like what there is offered. The hotel is older and needs a revamping"

"If I could give it zero stars I would. I went in the bathroom about an hour after I checked in and found the body wash opened and squeezed in half. Fine, I don't need it anyway. Went to get in the shower the next morning and there are black flecks / chunks all over the bottom of the shower, then discovered a used bar of soap on the soap shelf. The bed felt like a stack of cardboard with a mattress topper on it. On to things that don't matter, but they kind of do when you're expecting a nice hotel... The floors were water damaged, the chair was pealing and ripped all over, and half the buttons on the remote didn't work. We stayed here a year ago and it was uncomfortable, but clean, I can't even say that this time."

"My stay was going well until my rental car got broken into the second day. Room was good. Had a small issue with the water temperature but they fixed it quickly. No other cars got broken into but mine did. I asked them to pull camera footage because there’s a camera on the side of the building. They kept telling me they’re are working on it & it’s almost two weeks later with nothing received. It’s like they don't care. No follow ups. I was told by people who live in Atlanta that this is not a good area to stay in. Hotel itself is decent but beware of the location & surrounding area."
