"I stayed here one night on a week day. I had a reservation, the person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. My room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was soft, which for me was good. The place was quiet, and I slept comfortably without a bunch of noise outside. I enjoyed coffee and breakfast. It was the usual breakfast, but the food was plentiful and stocked constantly. This was a good location for my needs. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Statesboro."
"Shower door handle was incredibly loose. The bathroom door has no lock and didn't even close fully. No light in the closet. Lack of outlets near the beds. Staff was friendly though and rooms were tidy and clean."
"Great location. Close to Cross Creek Mall and lots of shopping with many eating places too. Historical downtown is only 11 minutes away. The hotel has really comfortable rooms and the beds are great! Breakfast is good but not complimentary: French toast with fruit and yogurt with fruit was about $22. But they do have Starbucks coffee."
"The staff are polite and inviting. The lobby will soon be under renovation. For our room we had the 2 king beds and the room is very spacious but the shower needs some updating and a little more cleaning. For the price and the surrounding hotels I would choose this over the rest."
"The room was super clean. The service was top notch. The woman Giselle at the front desk was so polite! She was busy with so many guests by herself, and handled everyone like they were special to her. I never leave reviews, unless the service is outstanding. Giselle has superior customer service skills. Without question she is the best front desk agent I've met at Marriott hotels."
