"I can’t even give 1 star for anything at this facility, but I had to so I could finish the review. They should be embarrassed to charge people for rooms here. Completely unsanitary and disgusting! Health department should shut this hotel down."

"* Appeared to be several Dried Blood spots on the blanket!!! Like BIG spots! When asked for another, they only had sheets. *We had No heat! Only air. It’s winter! And raining. So, I slept with two sheets and two sets of clothes. *The biggest struggle was our neighbors keeping us up half the night with their TV being extremely Loud. We listen to cartoons until after 3am. I went down and asked the office around 1am to please ask them if they could reach out and ask them to turn it down, Nothing was done. My daughter had an important test at GA. Southern and so we did what we had to and pushed through. Also.. No, TV remote for our room. The whole place was gross!!! Bottom line the hotel was unclean, horrible service and will recommend all my family and friends to do business with Super 8 again!"

"Called to extend a stay for a cancer patient that had been sleeping in his car. Ran in circles trying make sure that he wouldn't be in his car after radiation finally got it to where I could pay somebody for them to pay until I could get there at 6 this afternoon he was waiting and since it was 5 after 11 they put him out! I understand policy to the fullest however this man is sick and trying to make it and they refused to work with me in anyway to make sure he wasn't on the street and to know the money was coming and they still put him out with it only being 11:05 is downright unhuman times are hard enough without having somebody work with you I even offered to send my card number for them to hold until i could get there and nothing! All i asked was to let him stay until i could get there at 6 I mean they couldn't have been so swamped with people they couldn't allow this or just wait for the payment to hit the bank from paypal. Customer service is how you keep a business and this place showed us that they don't care about a person, Trust the rating!"

"Overall Just bad experience! Outside of the property looks fine and could be a good hotel, but unfortunately you make a reservation through Wyndham and your room is available when you're trying to use your points and they don't look at the notes on the reservation after you waited an hour for your room and then you don't have one yet. You heard that right I waited an hour granted. I was trying to do a early check-in but then I was told no rooms are available on the bottom floor when reserved a handicap room!"

"When we arrived, I could tell the internet pictures were really old. The front door was hidden behind a closed down, boarded up bar. We were barely welcomed and not provided the room I reserved. It seems they have a person LIVING in the one and only handicap room on the premises. Once we were assigned a room, we went in to find no less than 5 roaches on the bed and floor. This was a strong NO for me. We went back up front and demanded a refund. The sad part was that the man at the front desk was not surprised and refunded our money. It's a shame that the management is ok selling rooms infested with roaches."
