"My daughter, Buddy and I decided to go to JoAnnes to find the perfect poinsettias. While I am NOT a crafter my bestie is and we were on the hunt for her sought after flowers. Now upon entering the store smells yummy, not sure what they use but it’s very inviting. Buddy loves looking at all the different things and I was pleasantly pleased to find some thing that even I was interested in! I truly enjoyed my experience and may return."
"My husband took me to Joann's to buy me a brand new surgery for my birthday The guy in the back by the surgeries had the personality of a wet mop The lady at the check out was super nice then when we took it back we did not know that there's open box no return policy only exchange and then they tell us there's a $25 restocking fee I will never ever shop at a Jo-Ann's again this is ridiculous you pay $300 for a machine and if it doesn't work you're stuck with it because they won't take it back"

"Excellent customer service from the cashier. I didn’t get her name, but the cashier number on my receipt is 849722 on the evening of 6/28/23. The store had been poorly lit and a bit untidy on previous visits. Last night it was bright and tidy. Most importantly, they always have what I need."
"Cashier Brad gets 5 stars! He was super polite, and went over and above to help me navigate coupons and find the items I needed. Upon entering the store I didn’t expect that kind of service. The store only had half the lights on, and was not very tidy (maybe because they had just finished a huge sale over the weekend?) I did however find what I needed. Thanks, Brad!"
