"I just finished my new patient appointment with Nurse Practitioner, Kristen Vaughn, and I left feeling so encouraged! From the moment I walked into the office until the moment I left, the staff treated me kindly and with the utmost care and respect. Kristen was very thorough in her questioning and examination and I felt that not only did my heath matter to her, but that I mattered to her as well. I’m extremely happy with the level of care that I received. UPDATE: During my appt., Kristen said she was going to set me up for an ultrasound of my thyroid as she said it may be enlarged. Six weeks later, I had my thyroid removed. Not only was my thyroid cancerous, but 12 lymph nodes as well. I’m so grateful Kristen caught this and the level of care the staff continued to provide for me throughout the process."

"This doctor did not take any of my concerns seriously. They didn’t do their job in finding out that my daughter was going to be very small until 3 weeks before they wanted to do my csection (which they scheduled without calling me) the doctor said to me “everyone who breathes has stress”, yes they do but they haven’t had to take care of their mother who has cancer, then lose her. 3 months later lose their grandfather. Raise 2 other children. Point being they are rude and do not take concerns seriously."

"Had a wonderful experience, never had an issue bringing my toddler to appointments. In fact I thought it to be very child friendly in comparison to the office I went to for my 1st born, there are baskets of toys in every room and a fish tank in the waiting room to keep little ones entertained. Every member of staff has been friendly and welcoming since I walked in the door. Never more than 30 minutes to be seen (usually about a 10 minute wait if that) and they always answer the phone when I called. The other dr office i went to for my first child was impossible to get on the phone, it was over 2 hours for each appointment because they were so understaffed. So I appreciate midwives of Macon!"

"My two older children are 10 and 3. I'm pregnant with twins. I never have a problem when I take my kids with me. Everybody is really nice, some of the nurses and I even go back and forth about me rolling my eyes and being a smart ass, but it's all in fun. I've been seeing them at this office for 17 years. Sometimes it gets hectic, but overall I'm very happy with them. Geri delivered my oldest, Ashley my youngest, and I've yet to go into labor this go round, but every time I have a question they're on top of it and they're great with me and my kids."
